Business phone systems
Your business phones and your IT, handled by one team.
Talos Connect is our cloud phone service: lines, call flows, desk and mobile phones, and an AI receptionist that can answer when your team cannot. We port your numbers and make sure the network underneath is ready.
The short answer
Talos business phones run on Talos Connect, our own cloud business phone service. We port your existing numbers, including main lines, direct dials and toll-free, set up your call flows, desk phones and mobile apps, and support it all alongside the rest of your IT. Seats start at $19.95 per user a month, and the AI receptionist is $149 a month with 500 minutes included.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Yes. We port your local and toll-free numbers to Talos Connect, including main lines and direct dials. A port typically takes several business days, and your numbers keep working throughout.
No. Talos Connect is our own business phone service, so moving to it means porting your numbers to us. That is what lets one team support your phones, your network and the rest of your IT together.
Seats start at $19.95 per user per month, and the AI receptionist is $149 a month with 500 minutes included. Desk phones and any network work are quoted once we have seen your setup.
Calls can fail over to the mobile apps or forward to another number, and the AI receptionist keeps answering because it runs in the cloud. For offices that cannot afford any gap, we can add a second internet circuit as part of your network.
Not always. Many existing SIP desk phones can be reused, and some staff prefer the desktop or mobile app. If you want new phones, they arrive configured and ready to plug in.
Yes. Every location and remote worker shares one dial plan, one set of extensions and one admin portal.
Yes. Talos signs a Business Associate Agreement with healthcare clients, and the AI receptionist never gives medical advice. Direct connections to EHR and practice management systems are on our roadmap, not available today.
