Managed IT for Greater Houston, from Conroe to Galveston
Talos Automation is the managed IT provider for eleven Houston-area communities. Our team works on-site across Greater Houston and supports companies remotely anywhere in the US.
The short answer
Talos Automation is a Houston managed IT services provider. We send technicians on-site anywhere in Greater Houston, from Conroe and Spring in the north to Pearland, League City and Galveston in the south, and from Katy across to Pasadena. Companies outside Texas get the same help desk, monitoring and security remotely. Our team has supported Houston businesses since 2014.
Who it's for
Eleven communities, one IT team
Each area has its own page with the neighborhoods, ZIP codes, local industries and questions we hear there. Pick the one closest to your office.
Houston
The core of the metro and home to our team: Downtown, the Energy Corridor, Galleria and Uptown, Westchase, Memorial and Greenway Plaza.
Katy
Three counties along I-10 and the Grand Parkway, with law and medical offices in Cinco Ranch and a steady flow of new buildouts.
Sugar Land
Fort Bend County's corporate center, where regional headquarters and the Methodist Sugar Land medical cluster expect audit-ready IT.
The Woodlands
Energy headquarters, two hospital campuses and Research Forest labs, plus the smaller firms that sell to them.
Pearland
A fast-growing Brazoria County city of medical offices near the TMC Pearland campus and trades that run from trucks.
Pasadena
The Ship Channel's industrial city: plant vendors, logistics yards and turnaround contractors with strict customer security rules.
League City
Galveston County's largest city, between NASA Johnson Space Center, Clear Lake and the South Shore Harbour waterfront.
Spring
Harris and Montgomery counties on I-45 North, beside ExxonMobil's campus and the shops of Old Town Spring.
Cypress
Northwest Harris County on US-290, where Bridgeland and Towne Lake keep adding clinics, stores and offices.
Conroe
One of the metro's fastest-growing cities, with manufacturers, oilfield vendors and clinics around Lake Conroe.
Galveston
The island economy of the port, UTMB Health, the Strand and the Seawall, where IT is planned around evacuations.

How it works
On-site in Greater Houston, remote everywhere else
01
Remote first
Most tickets are handled through the help desk and the monitoring agent on each device, wherever your people happen to be working.
02
On-site across Greater Houston
When a fix needs hands, a technician comes to you: hardware swaps, network work, office moves and new buildouts in any of the eleven areas.
03
Remote across the US
Offices and staff outside Texas get the same help desk, monitoring, security and Microsoft 365 management, delivered remotely.
04
One environment
Companies with several sites are run as one environment, so identity, devices and security policies match in every location.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
We provide on-site managed IT across Greater Houston, including Houston itself, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Pasadena, League City, Spring, Cypress, Conroe and Galveston, plus the smaller communities around each of them.
Both. Help desk requests, monitoring and most fixes happen remotely, which is fastest for everyone. When hardware, cabling, an office move or a stubborn network problem needs someone in the room, a technician visits. On-site work covers Greater Houston.
Yes. Remote locations and employees anywhere in the US get the same help desk, device management, security tooling and Microsoft 365 administration as our Houston-area clients. Only the in-person visits are limited to Greater Houston.
Our team has supported Houston businesses since 2014. Typical clients have between 10 and 250 employees and want a full IT department without hiring one.
Per user, per month, at a flat rate. Most small and mid-sized businesses land between $100 and $300 per user depending on security tooling, compliance needs and whether we run all of IT or support an in-house team. Agreements are month-to-month.
