    Calkini Hats

Tropical, vibrant landing page selling handmade hats from local Mexican artisans.

    The short answer

Talos Automation designed and built the Calkini Hats website, a single landing page that sells handmade hats from local Mexican artisans. It sells on provenance and fair-trade practice, sorts the range into three clear hat styles, and gives visitors one direct path to buy or ask a question.

    01

    The brief

Capture the warmth and craft behind a handmade artisan product in a single, vibrant landing experience.

    02

    Our approach

A tropical, color-rich landing page with bold imagery, artisan storytelling and a clear path to purchase or inquire.

    03

    What we built

Handcrafted goods compete against mass-produced lookalikes, so provenance has to do the selling. The site foregrounds authentic Mexican hats made by local artisans and names the fair-trade practice behind them, which is the claim a cheaper competitor cannot copy. Product categories are kept concrete (traditional sombreros, panama hats and fedoras) so a visitor can orient immediately, while the tropical brand character carries through the whole page rather than stopping at the hero.

    • Artisan provenance and fair-trade practice as the primary differentiator
    • Concrete product categories: traditional sombreros, panama hats, fedoras
    • Tropical brand character carried past the hero into the full experience
    • Direct path to purchase or enquiry for a small artisan catalogue
